About The Deployment Strategist Lead Role

As a Deployment Strategist Lead, you will be fully responsible for opening up a new market for ElevenLabs and building a dedicated team. This senior position requires you to operate like a co-founder, working alongside an experienced sales leader to effectively launch a "startup within the org." Your mission will be to deploy our voice AI technology with strategic customers in France, addressing their most challenging problems, while leveraging support from the broader ElevenLabs organization.

You will be instrumental in hiring your team, securing the initial customers in the market, and ensuring our product delivers significant impact for them.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points.
• Build and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region.
• Identify relevant use cases through engagement with customer problems and workflows, collaborating with Engineers to implement innovative AI solutions.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring seamless technology fit.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models to maximize effectiveness.
• Present work results and future proposals to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to integrate field insights into ElevenLabs' software and AI models.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of our voice and audio AI technology to new and existing customers.
• Scope potential applications in new industries, expanding AI solutions globally.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution for major projects with strategic partners, delivering high-impact solutions hands-on.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams for optimal ElevenLabs technology implementation.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• A proven track record of leading and building teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for scripting, prototyping, and demo building.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including summarizing complex technical concepts and logical solution pursuit.
• Track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand our voice and audio AI models and their applications.

Location

This role requires you to be based in Paris, France, working in-office 3+ days a week and traveling to customer offices within France as needed.
