About The Automations Engineer Role

At ElevenLabs, we believe AI will fundamentally change how companies grow and win customers. As an Automations Engineer, you'll be central to this transformation, designing and building the next generation of tooling for go-to-market (GTM), Operations, and Finance teams.

This is a highly cross-functional, technical role where you’ll use your full-stack engineering skills to build systems that supercharge ElevenLabs. You’ll embed within specific teams, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product leaders to understand pain points, decompose ambiguous problems, and ship elegant, pragmatic solutions at speed.

As An Automations Engineer, You Can Expect To

• Own the design and implementation of internal tools and infrastructure supporting revenue teams directly.
• Build AI agents to automate processes, surface insights, and integrate data across multiple tools and resources.
• Partner with strategy and operations teams to deeply understand the customer and sales lifecycle, then automate, optimize, and reimagine it with code.
• Own & launch experiments to identify new ways to scale and optimize ElevenLabs operations, and drive their development and implementation.
• Design and deliver technical enablement that makes insights actionable across the ElevenLabs teams, through education, tooling, and streamlined workflows.
• Be a force multiplier: rapidly prototype and deploy full-stack features that have immediate business impact.

Requirements

We’re looking for exceptional engineers passionate about building scalable technical systems. You might be a technical start-up cofounder or a full-stack engineer eager to build more with AI. If this description resonates, you’re likely a good fit.

• Strong full-stack engineering skills: Comfortable across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Minimum requirements: Python, SQL.
• Builder mindset: You move fast, work independently, uncover specs through action, and translate patterns into scalable solutions.
• Deep product intuition: You think in systems and workflows, caring about business impact and empowering internal teams.
• Passionate about AI: Eager to explore AI's role in B2B sales, marketing, operations, and finance, with experience in data, AI agents, LLMs, prompting, and integration patterns.

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If preferred, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw. Specific teams may have specific location preferences.
