Elevation is seeking an experienced Data Vertical Leader to strategically guide and shape its Data training domain. This freelance role is pivotal in ensuring our learning solutions remain at the forefront of industry needs, providing cutting-edge and relevant education.

We collaborate with organizations to effectively upskill and reskill their workforce, and to train new talent for high-demand roles, all through practical, hands-on learning experiences delivered at scale.
Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the professional authority and subject matter expert across the Data domain, encompassing Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, SQL, Python, ML, and AI.
- Translate complex business and client requirements into clear, actionable learning strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Guide and mentor Elevation's trainers and content contributors, fostering professional depth and ensuring excellence in delivery.
- Provide expert advice on curriculum development, ensuring alignment with the latest tools, technologies, and market demands, including AI and cloud data platforms.
- Oversee the continuous improvement, quality, and overall effectiveness of Data training programs.
- Support the recruitment and professional onboarding of specialized trainers as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the Data field, such as Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Demonstrated experience in training, teaching, or successfully leading professional learning programs.
- Possess strong, current knowledge of AI, machine learning, and modern data technologies.
- Proven ability to break down and translate intricate technical concepts into clear, well-structured learning experiences.
- Availability of 15-30 hours per month for this freelance engagement.
