About the role
Legal Operations Analyst
Elevate is recruiting a remote-based Legal Operations Analyst to assist the operations team in supporting the administrative processing needs of their customers. Through your collaboration and partnership with the team in support of their customers, you will understand customer needs and preferences to anticipate and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out various legal operations tasks, including document processing, legal billing, metrics development, and others as needed for designated customers.
- Effectively communicate directly with our associates, customers, and business partners.
- Assist in reporting and dashboarding as appropriate.
- Create impactful presentations as needed.
- Provide ad hoc support to ensure the operations department runs smoothly.
- Help implement new technology to support the entire legal department.
- Be part of a dynamic team who works together to help our customer succeed.
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent track record in previous customer support/customer service engagements.
- Experience as a business analyst, legal operations analyst, or similar role within an organization.

- Aptitude to quickly learn and efficiently use new software and technology.
Qualifications:
- Degree or relevant work experience in a relevant industry.
Compensation:
US national salary range: $55,000 - $70,000. The range is based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. In addition, Elevate offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.
