Role Overview

The Analyst - Legal Operations will support our operations team by managing administrative processing needs for our customers. In this temporary remote role (3–6 months, with possible extension), you will perform various legal operations tasks, assist in reporting/dashboarding, create presentations, and support technology implementations for the legal department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out legal operations tasks including document processing and legal billing
  • Develop metrics and assist in dashboard reporting
  • Create impactful presentations and provide ad hoc departmental support
  • Communicate effectively with associates, customers, and business partners
  • Help implement new legal technology systems

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1+ years in a similar role such as business analyst or legal operations analyst
  • Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products; experience with Legal Tracker preferred
  • Aptitude for quickly learning new software and legal technologies (e.g. Cael or QuickBase)
