  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.

  • Proactive communicators who follow processes, manage time effectively, and possess critical problem-solving abilities.
  • A dedicated, quiet home office environment.
  • Stable internet connection (at least 30 MBPS download & 5 MBPS upload).
  • Modern laptop/desktop: Windows 11+ with >7GB usable RAM, Intel Core 8th Generation/ Ryzen 3 2nd-gen or higher.
