  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.

  • Detail-Oriented, Reliable, & Organized work ethic.
  • Proactive, clear communicators who follow processes, manage time well, and think critically to solve problems.

Technical Requirements for Your Home Office

Ensure you have the necessary setup to work effectively from home:

  • A Quiet Home Office environment.
  • Internet speed of at least 30 MBPS download & 5 MBPS upload.
  • A laptop/desktop Windows 11+ with >7GB usable RAM, Intel Core 8th Generation/ Ryzen 3 2nd-gen or higher.
