About the Role: Virtual Administrative Assistant

In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in supporting U.S. insurance agencies by managing key administrative and client service tasks, ensuring their daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a front-desk style setting, ensuring professional communication.
- Efficiently handle inboxes, calendars, and schedules with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and manage important documents, reports, and CRM updates accurately.
- Communicate confidently and professionally across various channels including phone, email, and chat.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (C1/C2) along with Spanish or Portuguese proficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- An executive mindset: highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and the ability to multitask across various platforms.
- A reliable home office setup, including stable internet and good technology.
- A laptop/desktop with Windows 11+ and more than 7GB usable RAM, equipped with an Intel Core 8th Generation/Ryzen 3 2nd-gen processor or higher.
