What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls (front-desk style — not a call center!)
  • Handle inboxes, calendars, and schedules with attention to detail
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and CRM updates
  • Communicate confidently and professionally via phone, email, and chat

  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet and good tech
  • A laptop/desktop Windows 11+ with >7GB usable RAM, Intel Core 8th Generation/ Ryzen 3 2nd-gen or higher
