About the Role
The Asistente Virtual role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to insurance businesses of all sizes, helping them streamline operations and handle tasks efficiently. Key responsibilities typically include:
- Email and calendar management
- Data entry and organization
- Overall insurance handling
- Customer service support
- Research and reporting
- Document preparation and formatting

What We Look For
To succeed as an Asistente Virtual with Elevate Teams, you should possess the following:
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level) alongside Spanish or Portuguese proficiency.
- At least 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Tech-Savvy with strong command of MS Office and CRM skills.
- Detail-Oriented, Reliable, & Organized approach to tasks.
- Proactive, clear communicators who can follow processes, manage time effectively, and apply critical thinking to solve problems.
- A dedicated quiet home office environment.
- Reliable internet speed of at least 30 MBPS download & 5 MBPS upload.
- A laptop/desktop running Windows 11+ with >7GB usable RAM, Intel Core 8th Generation/Ryzen 3 2nd-gen or higher.
