They are actively seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to significantly shape and elevate the user experience across their core product offerings.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who possesses a strong passion for clarity, usability, and elegant interface design. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end design process across critical product surfaces — spanning from initial discovery and user flow mapping to high-fidelity execution.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver thoughtful, intuitive, and scalable experiences. This position is ideally suited for an individual who seamlessly combines strategic thinking with robust execution capabilities and is committed to elevating the overall design standards within a rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product design initiatives from concept through final implementation across web platforms.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure precise implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative improvements.
- Advocate for user-centered decision-making in roadmap and strategy discussions.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance considerations are integrated into designs.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design for web-based products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing complex SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to polished, high-quality interfaces.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or scaling a design system.
- Familiarity with frontend development constraints (React, CSS, responsive design principles).
- Experience designing AI-driven or developer-focused products.
