Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be passionate about clarity, usability, and elegant interface design. You will own the entire design process for critical product surfaces, from initial discovery and user flow mapping to high-fidelity execution. This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver thoughtful, intuitive, and scalable experiences. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and is ready to elevate the overall design standards within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives from concept through final implementation across various web platforms.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences that delight users.
• Develop comprehensive user flows, detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Maintain and strategically evolve a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams, ensuring precise implementation of design specifications.
• Conduct usability testing and meticulously incorporate user feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Advocate for user-centered decision-making throughout roadmap planning and strategy discussions.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance considerations are integrated into all designs.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design, specifically for web-based products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including expertise with components, auto-layout, prototyping, and robust design systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design thinking and successful project outcomes.
• Deep understanding of core UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven experience designing complex SaaS or B2B platforms.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork.
• High attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering polished, high-quality interfaces.
• Comfortable and adaptable when working in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a comprehensive design system.
• Familiarity with frontend development constraints, including React, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Prior experience designing AI-driven or developer-focused products.
