Radiology Resident at Elevate Recruitment
We are actively seeking talented Radiology Residents (PGY-3 and above) to join our client's team in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role involves contributing to an innovative AI evaluation project specifically within the field of diagnostic radiology.
Position Overview
Selected physicians will engage in a collaborative environment with research teams, focusing on the evaluation and enhancement of AI-generated clinical reasoning in radiology. Your primary contributions will include designing advanced diagnostic case challenges and formulating structured, gold-standard solutions that meticulously assess complex medical reasoning. This work demands a keen eye for detail and focuses on nuanced, real-world radiology scenarios requiring specialized subspecialty insight and comprehensive clinical interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop advanced radiology case scenarios spanning various diagnostic subspecialties.
- Create gold-standard diagnostic answers, complete with clear reasoning pathways.
- Emphasize complex differentials, edge cases, and multimodal interpretation.
- Provide structured and insightful feedback on AI model reasoning and overall performance.
- Maintain exceptionally high levels of clinical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Currently PGY-3 or higher in an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (where applicable to current training stage).
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized training in Musculoskeletal Radiology and/or Neuroradiology.
- Previous academic or teaching experience.
- Experience in developing case-based assessments or structured rubrics.
- Advanced expertise in interpreting complex MRI or other subspecialty-heavy imaging.
Work Authorization
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
