As they experience rapid growth, they are actively seeking a Junior Project Manager to play a crucial role in supporting cross-functional product and engineering initiatives.

Role Overview

We are searching for a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to facilitate planning, coordination, and execution across dynamic product and engineering teams. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an early-career professional to gain direct, hands-on exposure to real product development within a fast-paced startup environment. You will work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams, ensuring projects are well-defined, transparently tracked, and delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution across product and engineering teams.
• Break down complex requirements into actionable tasks, maintaining sprint boards and backlogs.
• Proactively track deadlines and engage with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Document essential project decisions, updates, and action items clearly.
• Identify potential blockers early in the process and escalate them appropriately.
• Coordinate and facilitate key meetings, stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies.
• Maintain comprehensive project dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Help ensure strong alignment between product, design, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and superior time management skills.
• Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable and adaptable operating in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
• Possesses a proactive mindset coupled with a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or communication platforms like Slack.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within a startup, product-focused, or engineering environment.
• A basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Genuine interest in AI, SaaS, or cutting-edge technology products.
