One of Elevate Recruitment's clients is developing advanced human data infrastructure to power next-generation AI systems. Their platform empowers leading AI labs and enterprises to source, evaluate, and deploy expert talent into AI training workflows at scale.
They are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a Project Manager to support critical cross-functional product and engineering initiatives.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to facilitate planning, coordination, and execution across product and engineering teams. This role offers an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on exposure to real product development within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams, ensuring projects are well-scoped, clearly tracked, and delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution across product and engineering teams.
- Break down requirements into actionable tasks and maintain sprint boards and backlogs.
- Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Document project decisions, updates, and action items.
- Identify blockers early and escalate appropriately.
- Coordinate meetings, stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies.
- Maintain project dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
- Help ensure alignment between product, design, and engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup, product, or engineering environment.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Interest in AI, SaaS, or technology products.
