This role leverages your deep expertise in music theory, orchestration, and composition to train and refine advanced AI models. Key Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and meticulously annotate high-quality music datasets crucial for training AI systems in composition, arrangement, and musical direction.
• Rigorously review AI-generated music outputs, providing precise and actionable feedback to ensure accuracy, emotional depth, and genre fidelity.
• Actively collaborate with engineers and data scientists, analyzing model performance and proactively suggesting creative improvements.
• Develop comprehensive guidelines and robust standards for dataset curation, with a strong focus on musicality, structural integrity, and stylistic consistency.
• Lead engaging workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team skill development in areas such as music theory, orchestration, and emerging industry trends.
• Effectively communicate complex musical concepts with clarity, both in written and verbal forms, to facilitate seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a music director, composer, or arranger in professional settings, demonstrating versatility across diverse genres.
• Advanced knowledge of music theory, orchestration, composition, and proficiency in digital music production tools (DAWs).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, vital for intricate feedback and collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to curate, annotate, and critically evaluate music for professional or educational applications.
• Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools and various digital audio workstations.
