Key Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and annotate high-quality music datasets essential for training AI systems in composition, arrangement, and musical direction.
• Rigorously review AI-generated music outputs, providing precise and actionable feedback to ensure accuracy, authentic emotional expression, and genre fidelity.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and data scientists, analyzing model performance and proactively suggesting creative improvements to enhance AI capabilities.
• Develop comprehensive guidelines and robust standards for dataset curation, with a strong emphasis on musicality, structural integrity, and stylistic consistency.
• Lead engaging workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team skill development in advanced music theory, orchestration techniques, and emerging industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a music director, composer, or arranger, demonstrating proficiency across diverse musical genres.
