Elevate Recruitment is seeking experienced Physicians (MD) to join one of their clients for a structured AI evaluation project in the healthcare domain. This independent contractor role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of AI applications in medicine by refining AI-generated medical reasoning.
Position Overview
As a Medical Expert, you will collaborate closely with research teams to rigorously evaluate and enhance AI-generated medical reasoning. Your contributions will be critical in developing diagnostic cases, designing precise scoring rubrics, and meticulously reviewing AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy and overall quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop diagnostic case scenarios with a focus on laboratory-based clinical reasoning.
- Create detailed scoring rubrics to effectively assess AI responses.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated medical outputs for clinical validity.
- Identify clinical reasoning gaps and pinpoint inaccuracies within AI responses.
- Provide structured, professional, and actionable feedback to research teams.
- Maintain unwavering accuracy, objectivity, and strict confidentiality throughout the engagement.
Qualifications
- Active MD license in the United States is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience.
- Strong expertise in interpreting and working with medical laboratory panels.
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
- Demonstrated strong analytical thinking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A keen interest in advancing the application of AI in the medical field.
Work Authorization
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Engagement Details
- This is a fully remote engagement, offering flexibility.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule to accommodate your professional and personal commitments.
- Expected commitment ranges from 10 to 40 hours per week.
- The project has a minimum duration of three months.
