Role Overview

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across product and engineering teams. This role is perfect for an early-career professional eager for hands-on experience in real product development within a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams, ensuring projects are well-scoped, clearly tracked, and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution across product and engineering teams.
• Break down complex requirements into actionable tasks and meticulously maintain sprint boards and backlogs.
• Track project deadlines diligently and follow up with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Document all project decisions, critical updates, and actionable items comprehensively.
• Proactively identify potential blockers and escalate issues appropriately to ensure smooth progress.
• Coordinate and facilitate various meetings, including stand-ups and sprint ceremonies.
• Maintain accurate project dashboards and generate insightful reports for leadership visibility.
• Help ensure seamless alignment and communication between product, design, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and exceptional time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Comfort and adaptability operating in fast-moving, dynamic startup environments.
• A proactive mindset coupled with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Practical experience with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within a startup, product, or engineering environment.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• A genuine interest in AI, SaaS products, or general technology.
