Elevate Recruitment is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join one of our clients, a rapidly growing company building advanced human data infrastructure for next-generation AI systems. Their platform empowers leading AI labs and enterprises to source, evaluate, and deploy expert talent into AI training workflows at scale.

Role Overview
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting planning, coordination, and execution across product and engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams, ensuring projects are well-scoped, clearly tracked, and delivered efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to the successful deployment of expert talent into AI training workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution for product and engineering initiatives.
- Break down requirements into actionable tasks and manage sprint boards and backlogs.
- Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Document project decisions, updates, and action items comprehensively.
- Identify potential blockers early and escalate them appropriately to leadership.
- Coordinate essential meetings, stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies.
- Maintain project dashboards and reporting for clear leadership visibility.
- Help ensure seamless alignment between product, design, and engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfort and adaptability operating effectively in fast-moving environments.
- Proactive mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience within a startup, product, or engineering environment.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Genuine interest in AI, SaaS, or general technology products.
