They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Human Data Operations Manager to help scale and optimize data workflows in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with a strong technical foundation and interest in data operations, quality analysis, and project coordination. In this Human Data Operations Manager role, you will help manage data workflows, ensure quality standards, and contribute to operational improvements that support AI and data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage structured data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and validation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and documentation for workflow tracking and performance metrics.
  • Support quality assurance processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in data operations, workflow management, or quality analysis.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate data-driven insights in both written and verbal formats.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data quality standards.
  • Comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to human data projects, AI/ML operations, or structured evaluation processes.
  • Experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Internship, academic project, or early professional experience in data management or process optimization.
