Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage structured data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and validation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and documentation for workflow tracking and performance metrics.
- Support quality assurance processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in data operations, workflow management, or quality analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate data-driven insights in both written and verbal formats.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data quality standards.
- Comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to human data projects, AI/ML operations, or structured evaluation processes.
- Experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar tools.
- Internship, academic project, or early professional experience in data management or process optimization.
