Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as a Graphic Designer – AI Trainer and bridge the worlds of creative design and artificial intelligence. In this role, your expertise in visual communication will help train and refine AI systems, ensuring they understand and produce high-quality, real-world graphic design outputs. Collaborate remotely with a team committed to innovation, creativity, and next-generation AI-powered design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, annotate, and curate high-quality graphic design datasets to train AI models.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to provide expert feedback on AI-generated visuals.
- Document design processes, style guides, and best practices for AI training purposes.
- Translate complex design concepts into actionable training materials for machine learning applications.
- Evaluate and test AI outputs, offering insights for continual refinement and improvement.
- Stay current with graphic design industry trends and integrate emerging practices into AI workflows.
- Communicate detailed feedback effectively to cross-functional teams in both written and verbal formats.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital design across multiple platforms and formats.
