Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and edit AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, style, and adherence to editorial standards.
• Develop and curate training materials and datasets to enhance AI understanding of narrative structure, tone, and linguistic nuance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to provide actionable feedback on AI outputs.
• Analyze patterns in AI-generated content to improve model performance and reduce errors.
• Research current writing trends, genres, and best practices to inform AI training strategies.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical teams.
• Advocate for editorial standards and ensure AI-generated content aligns with the intended voice and audience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a writer, author, editor, or related role with a portfolio of published work.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and nuance.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital content creation tools.
• Ability to critique, revise, and improve both long-form and short-form content.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, with comfort working remotely.
• Ability to interpret feedback constructively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for bridging human creativity with AI technology.
