Join Elevate Recruitment's customer's team as a Content Writer and help shape the next generation of AI-driven content creation. This remote role leverages your expertise in writing, editing, and communication to fine-tune AI models, ensuring they produce clear, engaging, and human-like text.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and edit AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, style, and adherence to editorial standards.
- Develop and curate training materials and datasets to enhance AI understanding of narrative structure, tone, and linguistic nuance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to provide actionable feedback on AI outputs.
- Analyze patterns in AI-generated content to improve model performance and reduce errors.
- Research current writing trends, genres, and best practices to inform AI training strategies.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical teams.
- Advocate for editorial standards and ensure AI-generated content aligns with the intended voice and audience.

- Proven experience as a writer, author, editor, or related role with a portfolio of published work.
