Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial statements, market trends, and reports to directly inform AI model development.
• Collaborate closely with AI and data science teams to design, evaluate, and refine financial rubrics and criteria, enhancing overall model performance.
• Apply deep finance and consulting knowledge to assess risk, evaluate strategies, and provide critical actionable insights for AI-driven projects.
• Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and rubric guidelines clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through written and verbal formats.
• Contribute thought leadership to help define best practices at the intersection of finance and artificial intelligence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee financial accuracy and consistency across all project deliverables.
• Monitor industry developments and proactively update AI models and financial rubrics to maintain cutting-edge relevance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on consulting or finance experience.
• Proven ability to meticulously analyze financial statements, complex data sets, and key market indicators.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in creating structured rubrics and robust frameworks for effectively evaluating financial scenarios.
• Strong collaborative skills essential for successful remote, cross-functional teamwork.
• High adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies and dynamic project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or another advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in either consulting or finance.
• Direct experience collaborating with AI, data science, or other technology teams.
