Job Overview: Consultant at Elevate Recruitment

Elevate Recruitment is seeking an experienced Consultant to provide advanced financial expertise for AI-driven initiatives. In this hourly contract role, you will be instrumental in analyzing complex financial data, collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, and significantly contributing to the refinement of AI models. Your work will involve creating robust rubrics and frameworks to ensure accuracy, comprehensive risk assessment, and the delivery of actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret financial statements, market trends, and reports to inform AI model development.
  • Collaborate with AI and data science teams to design, evaluate, and refine financial rubrics and criteria for enhanced model performance.
  • Apply finance and consulting knowledge to assess risk, evaluate strategies, and provide actionable insights for AI-driven projects.
  • Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and rubric guidelines in clear written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute thought leadership to define best practices at the intersection of finance and AI.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
  • Monitor industry developments and update models and rubrics to maintain cutting-edge relevance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of consulting or finance experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze financial statements, data, and market indicators.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience creating structured rubrics and frameworks for evaluating financial scenarios.
  • Strong collaborative skills for remote, cross-functional teamwork.
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and dynamic project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in consulting or finance.
  • Experience collaborating with AI, data science, or technology teams.
