In this role, you will analyze complex financial data, collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams, and play a crucial part in refining AI models. Your contribution will involve creating robust rubrics and frameworks to ensure accuracy, thorough risk assessment, and the delivery of actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial statements, market trends, and comprehensive reports to guide AI model development.
• Collaborate closely with AI and data science teams to design, evaluate, and refine financial rubrics and criteria, significantly enhancing model performance.
• Apply deep finance and consulting knowledge to assess risk, evaluate strategies, and provide actionable insights for AI-driven projects.
• Document and effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and rubric guidelines in clear written and verbal formats to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute thought leadership to establish best practices at the critical intersection of finance and AI.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and consistency across all project deliverables.
• Monitor industry developments and proactively update models and rubrics to maintain cutting-edge relevance and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in consulting or finance.
• Proven ability to meticulously analyze financial statements, data, and critical market indicators.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in creating structured rubrics and frameworks for evaluating complex financial scenarios.
• Strong collaborative skills essential for effective remote, cross-functional teamwork.
• Adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies and dynamic project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or another advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of extensive professional experience in consulting or finance.
• Prior experience collaborating with AI, data science, or technology teams.
