Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial statements, market trends, and reports to inform AI model development strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with AI and data science teams to design, evaluate, and refine financial rubrics and criteria, ultimately enhancing model performance.
• Apply deep finance and consulting knowledge to meticulously assess risk, evaluate strategic options, and provide actionable insights for AI-driven projects.
• Document and clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and rubric guidelines in both written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute significant thought leadership to define and establish best practices at the intersection of finance and AI.
• Work closely with diverse cross-functional teams to ensure utmost financial accuracy and consistency across all project deliverables.
• Proactively monitor industry developments and update AI models and financial rubrics to maintain cutting-edge relevance and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in consulting or finance roles.
• Proven ability to meticulously analyze financial statements, complex data sets, and critical market indicators.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating strong attention to detail in all interactions.
• Demonstrated experience in creating structured rubrics and comprehensive frameworks for evaluating diverse financial scenarios.
• Strong collaborative skills, essential for successful remote and cross-functional teamwork environments.
• Adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies and dynamic project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or another advanced degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of professional experience in either consulting or finance.
• Prior experience collaborating directly with AI, data science, or other technology teams.
