Key Responsibilities

• Train and provide comprehensive, detailed feedback to AI systems concerning casino operations, house rules, and customer interaction dynamics.
• Translate complex, real-world gambling scenarios into structured datasets specifically designed for machine learning models.
• Rigorously review, annotate, and evaluate AI outputs to guarantee fairness, accuracy, and strict adherence to operational standards.
• Document intricate casino processes, including but not limited to payout procedures, betting limits, robust security measures, and efficient table management.
• Develop innovative, scenario-based training materials tailored for AI systems specializing in gambling management.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to continuously optimize AI performance based on invaluable operational insights.
• Actively promote responsible gaming and champion ethical AI usage across all processes and system developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven substantial experience as a Gambling Manager, Casino Manager, Table Games Manager, Pit Manager, Slot Manager, or a role with similar responsibilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with an extremely high level of attention to detail.
• A comprehensive and deep understanding of casino operations, house rules, critical security protocols, and precise money tracking systems.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, specifically including customer conflict resolution and the sophisticated detection of cheating patterns.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, particularly in staff management, intricate scheduling, and efficient workflow coordination.
• Possess a keen analytical mindset with the distinct ability to document and clearly explain complex processes.
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
