Job Summary
Join Elevate Recruitment's customer's team as a Casino Operations Manager – AI Trainer. This remote role leverages your hands-on expertise in casino operations to train next-generation AI systems, translating real-world knowledge into actionable insights. You will ensure AI systems accurately reflect gaming protocols, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and provide detailed feedback to AI systems on casino operations, house rules, and customer interactions.
- Translate real-world gambling scenarios into datasets for machine learning models.
- Review, annotate, and evaluate AI outputs to ensure fairness, accuracy, and adherence to operational standards.
- Document casino processes such as payout procedures, betting limits, security measures, and table management.
- Develop scenario-based training materials for AI systems in gambling management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize AI performance based on operational insights.
