Casino Operations AI Trainer
Join our customer’s team as a Gambling Manager – AI Trainer, using your hands-on expertise in casino operations to train next-generation AI systems. In this remote role, you will translate real-world casino knowledge into actionable insights, ensuring AI systems accurately reflect gaming protocols, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and provide detailed feedback to AI systems on casino operations, house rules, and customer interactions.
- Translate real-world gambling scenarios into datasets for machine learning models.
- Review, annotate, and evaluate AI outputs to ensure fairness, accuracy, and adherence to operational standards.
- Document casino processes such as payout procedures, betting limits, security measures, and table management.
- Develop scenario-based training materials for AI systems in gambling management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
