Overview
The Manager Pharmacy Clinical Operations at Elevance Health is responsible for developing and implementing clinical pharmacy programs to promote quality and cost-effective drug utilization. This role requires in-office presence 3 days per week with a hybrid work approach, ensuring collaboration and productivity.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Assist in development of new clinical products.
- Manage clinical pharmacy operations and staff.
- Oversee departmental processes, policies, procedures, and training.
- Report and analyze program trends.
- Ensure achievement of department goals and objectives.
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate direct reports.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS in Pharmacy or PharmD with minimum 5 years of experience in managed care or related pharmacy fields; valid unrestricted state license (Rph) required.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences
Call Center and Clinical Pharmacy Care Center experience are a plus. People leadership and strong communication, problem-solving abilities are preferred.
Work Schedule & Hours
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time. Clinical Call-Center hours: 8:30am-8:30pm Eastern Time.
Additional Information
This hybrid role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week. Alternate locations may be considered if within a reasonable commuting distance. Elevance Health complies with all legal requirements regarding accommodations.
