Job Overview
The Behavioral Health Case Manager I at Elevance Health works virtually full-time with required in-person training sessions. This role is designed for candidates who reside and are licensed in Washington state.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Assess member needs using screening criteria and clinical judgment.
- Conduct assessments to identify individual requirements.
- Develop and modify care plans based on evaluations.
- Support member access to quality and cost effective care.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet care goals.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have a MA/MS in social work, counseling, a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing with at least 3 years of clinical experience. An active unrestricted professional license (RN, LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or Clinical Psychologist) is required.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- Experience in telephonic or in-person case management.
- Ability to manage high call volumes.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $72,036 to $108,054 and is influenced by factors such as experience, location, education, and skill level. Elevance Health also offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), equity stock purchase, and more.
