Overview
Working as part of a small CMS team, you will support the Digital team in maintaining and optimizing Element Materials Technology's portfolio of websites and digital platforms. Your expertise in Optimizely CMS and SEO best practices will be essential as you manage day-to-day content operations, train stakeholders, and ensure quality standards across all digital properties. A key differentiator of this role is providing timezone coverage for USA requirements when the EMEAA team is offline, with an emphasis on developing and applying SEO expertise alongside the Senior SEO Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily CMS operations using Optimizely (Episerver), including content uploads and page creation.
- Review and approve content change requests ensuring adherence to SEO and quality guidelines.
- Assist with SEO projects: technical SEO crawls, audits, and keyword optimization.
- Provide USA timezone coverage when EMEAA team is offline.
- Support web content processes, handle requests, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve issues.
- Train and support marketing teams and stakeholders on CMS usage.
- Monitor error reports, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems appropriately.
- Stay current with CMS technology and SEO practices, including AI and algorithm updates.
- Support the Global Digital Director, Platforms Manager, and broader Digital team with ad-hoc tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in website management, CMS administration, or digital marketing support. Hands-on experience with Optimizely (Episerver) CMS is highly desirable. Experience with headless CMS systems, working knowledge of technical SEO, website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker) and SEO tracking tools (SEMRush preferred) is essential.
