Position Description

Element Electronics is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer React Next.js. This role involves building scalable applications using React and Next.js, as well as delivering critical solutions in NetSuite via SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and custom automations. The candidate will design, develop, test, and implement systems that support the organization's goals.

  • Full Stack Development: Build, test, and deploy applications with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • NetSuite Development: Design and deliver SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, custom modules, forms, and records.
  • Integrations: Connect NetSuite with third-party systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, APIs, and web services.
  • Automation & Optimization: Streamline processes, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business teams, provide training and support, and document technical changes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years of professional experience with React/Next.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Experience in NetSuite development including SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteTalk, and RESTlets; or ability to quickly get certified.
  • Bonus: NetSuite certifications, SQL/XML experience, and supply chain or WMS exposure.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with end-to-end project ownership.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira for project management.
