Overview

Elektrovorteil is expanding its market leadership in electromobility and CO2 incentives. We are seeking a Marketing Manager Growth B2C und B2B to own our marketing roadmap with a focus on scalable growth across B2C and B2B segments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B.
  • Oversee performance channels including SEO, SEA, Affiliate, Email, and SMM.
  • Advance the brand through positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
  • Optimize the user journey and conversion across the entire funnel.
  • Analyze KPIs to derive clear action steps.
  • Align marketing actions with business metrics like CAC, CLV, and ROI.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to offer structuring.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Management teams.

Qualifications

  • Several years experience in performance and growth marketing.
  • Proven record of scaling digital business models quickly.
  • Strong budget management and KPI oversight.
  • Excellent prioritization and execution skills.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional operational execution.
  • Experience in affiliate development and partner management.
