Overview
Elektrovorteil is expanding its market leadership in electromobility and CO2 incentives. We are seeking a Marketing Manager Growth B2C und B2B to own our marketing roadmap with a focus on scalable growth across B2C and B2B segments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B.
- Oversee performance channels including SEO, SEA, Affiliate, Email, and SMM.
- Advance the brand through positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
- Optimize the user journey and conversion across the entire funnel.
- Analyze KPIs to derive clear action steps.
- Align marketing actions with business metrics like CAC, CLV, and ROI.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to offer structuring.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Management teams.

- Several years experience in performance and growth marketing.
- Proven record of scaling digital business models quickly.
- Strong budget management and KPI oversight.
