Board Member Role at ERA
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Member at ERA, located in Calgary, AB. Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to guide ERA's mission and vision while ensuring the organization operates with integrity and accountability. Board Members will contribute to decision-making, advise on policies, support organizational fundraising efforts, and foster partnerships within the community. Active engagement in monitoring ERA's progress toward its strategic objectives and leveraging personal or professional networks for advocacy and resource development is essential to this role. Additional commitments include attending scheduled board meetings, reviewing reports, and participating in committees to support ERA's goals.
