The Challenge Ahead
The Workplaces team designs and maintains vibrant, branded spaces while delivering programs that impact employee effectiveness, foster company culture, and build community across EA.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of in-person and hybrid employee events.
- Design and maintain an annual engagement calendar with budget and resource planning.
- Innovate workplace engagement initiatives including large and small-scale activations.
- Manage communications (emails, Slack, newsletters) relating to workplace experience.
- Oversee operational standards of physical spaces and maintain vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with ERGs and business units to drive inclusive programming.
- Contribute to evolving the Engagement Playbook and support the Site Specialist.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in event planning and hospitality services.
- Strong project management, communication, and budgeting skills.
- Experience in graphic design tools (Adobe, Canva) and digital communications.
Compensation And Benefits
The role offers competitive pay in the range of approximately 66,100 to 90,400 CAD along with a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, sick time, health/dental/vision, retirement plan, and additional perks.
