The Role
As a Technical Program Manager - Developer Experience, you will lead the development plan, schedule, and process across multiple projects. You will coordinate releases, balance product goals with development capacity, and resolve risks to ensure quality product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate releases and track quality metrics.
- Balance product roadmaps with development constraints.
- Collaborate with Product Management, engineering, and partners.
- Resolve delivery risks effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience in software.
- 3+ years with modern project management and SDLC processes.
- Experience with high-scale, multi-tenant web services.
- Familiarity with Confluence, GitLab, JIRA, and related tools.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Work Arrangement & Compensation
This is a hybrid remote/in-office role located in British Columbia, with compensation ranging up to 152,800 CAD, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, retirement plan, and more.
