This role is located in Redwood Shores, CA and is an on-site position. You will report to the Global Executive IT Support Manager.
Electronic Arts Information Technology (EA IT) keeps our employees and business operations connected globally. As a digital entertainment company, EA's enterprise technology needs are diverse and span across game development, workforce collaboration, marketing, publishing, player experience, security, and corporate activities. Our Global Executive IT Support team ensures EA's senior leaders and their assistants have seamless, reliable technology that keeps the business moving.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Executive IT Support Specialist to provide white-glove technology support for EA's Executive Leadership. In this role, you will be trusted to keep executives connected and productive through reliable technology and responsive, high-quality support.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- You will deliver IT support for executives by troubleshooting devices, software, and enterprise platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS/Android, Office365, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Intune, Jamf, SCCM) while communicating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You will manage technology for board meetings, town halls, earnings events, and VIP offsite events, by applying your background in supporting high-profile events.
- You will take ownership of executive technology issues, diagnosing and resolving problems, and coordinating when specialized expertise is required.
- You will document processes, manage work in ServiceNow, and partner with global peers to provide a uniform executive support experience worldwide.
- You bring 6–8+ years of IT support experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

We want you to combine your deep expertise and service mindset that keeps leaders focused on their goals, while staying calm under pressure, adapting quickly to changing needs, and using sound judgment in sensitive situations.
Compensation And Benefits
The pay range for this role in California is *$83,100 - $127,500 USD. Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
