Overview
Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences for players and fans globally. In this role as Associate UX Designer, you will join a collaborative product design team, reporting to the Design & Content Production Director. You will own feature-level design work, apply established UX strategies, and support senior product designers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver feature-level UX design work within defined scope.
- Support senior product designers with UX strategy and interaction patterns.
- Design experiences for public web properties and internal tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers.
- Plan and conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Apply existing design systems for consistency and quality.
- Participate in design critiques and cross-functional discussions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating customer-centric problem solving and high-quality visual design.
- Experience with usability testing, heuristic analysis, and accessibility principles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with web, email, in-game creative requirements and Google Workspace tools.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay ranges for British Columbia are between $83,000 and $116,400 CAD, with benefits including vacation, sick time, extended health/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and retirement plans.
