Associate Account Executive - Advertising and Sponsorships

About the Role

The Office of the CXO at EA Experiences enhances organizational effectiveness through business planning, workforce development, and investment strategies. Our team provides fan insights and technology solutions to drive business outcomes and empower teams.

As part of EA's Advertising & Sponsorships Media team, you will play a key role in the planning, sale, and implementation of in-game media, sponsorships, and partnerships. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, studio, development, and operational teams to manage the pitch-to-delivery lifecycle and bring monetization opportunities to market. You will also partner internally to develop solutions for brand integrations and media strategies that drive business growth and align with franchise goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-sized brand and agency relationships, serving as the primary contact for assigned accounts and supporting larger strategic accounts.
  • Prospect, develop, and manage outbound sales activities aligned with EA franchise and category priorities.
  • Build integrated partnership proposals encompassing in-game media, sponsorships, and select off-platform activations.
  • Manage sales lifecycle stages from initial outreach through deal closure for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and forecasting for your accounts.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution post-sale, providing ongoing guidance.
  • Share insights on media trends, market shifts, and best practices for partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in advertising, media, brand partnerships, or account management.
  • Proven experience supporting client-facing work, including campaign planning and delivery.
  • Exposure to revenue targets, pipeline tracking, or sales performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in using advertising, sales, or operational tools for campaign management, media metrics, reporting, and optimization.
  • A passion for or strong interest in sports and gaming is a plus.

Skills

  • Support for digital and integrated media campaigns, including sponsorships and branded content.
  • Demonstrated capability in sales prospecting and relationship-building, adept at managing multiple sales opportunities with varying complexities.
  • Clear and effective written communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide ongoing client relationship support throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
