About the Role
As part of EA's Advertising & Sponsorships Media team, you will support the planning, sale, and implementation of in-game media, sponsorships, and partnerships across our portfolio of games. You will work cross-functionally with sales, studio, development, and operational teams, supporting the pitch-to-delivery lifecycle and partnering closely with sales to bring monetization opportunities to market. You will collaborate with internal partners to identify solutions for brand integrations and media solutions that drive new business growth and align with our franchise goals.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-sale planning, client pitches, and post-campaign recaps with sales partners
- Create client-ready media plans, presentations, and campaign performance summaries
- Translate campaign results into insights that inform clients business objectives and future opportunities
- Coordinate with Studio, Development, Brand, Operations, and Communications teams
- Track timelines and milestones to support smooth campaign delivery, while improving internal workflows to ensure efficiencies
- Share updates on media trends, market shifts, and partnership best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in advertising, media, brand partnerships, or account management
- Experience supporting client-facing work across campaign planning and delivery
- Working knowledge of media metrics, reporting, and optimization concepts
- Experience using advertising, sales, or operational tools to manage campaigns
- Passion or interest in sports and gaming
