Location & Shift

This position is based in Anderson, SC for 1st shift from 5:30am-2:00pm.

Main Tasks

• Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervision or the EHS team.
• Facilitate safety initiatives on the production floor.
• Respond to emergency situations and inspect equipment for safe operation.
• Use the CMMS Maintenance System to document work orders.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and basic electrical repair.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Understanding of electronic and mechanical components.
• Knowledge of safe use of hand and power tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; mechatronics experience is preferred.

Physical Demands

This active role requires standing, walking, bending, and occasional heavy lifting. Ability to operate lifts and work at heights is necessary, as well as working in extreme conditions including temperature variations and weekends when needed.
