About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will report to the Marketing Activation Manager France and will be dedicated to developing the visibility and attractiveness of the Electrolux Group brands, through two main levers: social networks and retail (online/offline).
A Day in the Life
- Manage organic strategy on social networks (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and define the editorial calendar.
- Define Electrolux France's Influence strategy.
- Coordinate influence campaigns with the dedicated agency: identify partners, brief, monitor content creation.
- Assist in the implementation of face-to-face and/or digital events.
- Provide operational support for various communication actions.
- Provide operational support for Press and Influence events.
- Strengthen our brands' online-offline visibility in local networks and with kitchen designers.
- Ensure brand promotion through promotional activations, POS displays, and special operations.
- Monitor the performance of digital and in-store campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in a similar role (with a preference for a social media focus).
- Creative mindset with a strong capacity for operational execution.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with external partners (influencers, distributors) and cross-functional teams.
- Team spirit and collaboration.
- Good digital skills.
- Proficiency in French and English.
