The Opportunity: Social Media & NIL Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media & NIL Intern to join our dynamic team. This unpaid internship offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of athlete communications and CRM. Your primary focus will be to ensure every athlete ambassador enjoys a seamless, professional, and personalized experience with Electro Gum, acting as the brand's voice in athlete direct messages and playing a crucial role in nurturing our growing athlete community.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to athlete direct messages daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
- Maintain strong, positive athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication.
- Address frequently asked questions and resolve athlete inquiries efficiently using provided playbooks.
- Escalate unique requests or complex issues to the founding team promptly for resolution.
- Rigorously log and track all athlete interactions within our CRM systems, including Notion and Social Snowball.
- Consistently represent Electro Gum’s brand voice with energy, positivity, and genuine care.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of written English and strong overall communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of reliability, ensuring zero errors in athlete onboarding processes.
- Proficiency and comfort using Instagram Direct Messages and basic CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of athlete communications.
- A passion for sports, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policies, and athlete culture is preferred, though not strictly required.
