Requirements

• Aviation background such as pilot, flight instructor, air traffic controller, or flight engineer.
• Passion for aviation and ability to explain topics in an engaging, non-lecturing manner.
• Ability to connect with a mature audience and work well with team members.
• Comfortable on camera with an on-screen appearance in the late 20s to mid 30s.
• Freelance availability for 2-3 days a week.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity or interest in video production process.
• Experience or confidence working on camera and with filming equipment.
• Access to a suitable space for filming.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team, with provided training.
