Overview

Mentour Now is seeking a passionate on-screen host with aviation expertise to explain complex aviation and aerospace topics in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner. This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds as pilots, flight instructors, air traffic controllers, or flight engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Record engaging aviation content for a mature audience.
• Collaborate with the current host and production team to brainstorm ideas and refine scripts.
• Operate basic filming equipment including camera setup, lighting, and sound.

Requirements

• Aviation background with deep operational knowledge.
• Passion for aviation and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strong on-screen presence and comfort in front of the camera.
• Ability to work freelance 2-3 days a week.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with video production processes.
• Comfort and confidence working on camera.
• Access to a suitable filming space.
• Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
