About the Role

The Flight Simulator Operator for Mentour Pilot is responsible for creating realistic aviation scenarios using Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, and other simulation software. You will customize environments, capture dynamic camera angles and re-enact flight scenarios accurately to support high-quality content production for the Mentour Pilot YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and optimize virtual environments including weather, time, and terrain.
• Utilize in-game camera tools for various dynamic shots.
• Re-enact real-world flight scenarios following aviation protocols.
• Collaborate with directors, storyboard artists, and editors.
• Troubleshoot simulations for smooth and accurate recording.
• Ensure consistency in aircraft positioning, lighting, and environmental elements.

Requirements

• Passion for aviation and storytelling.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, and similar tools.
• Understanding of cinematography and shot composition.
• Experience in content creation and production planning.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
